Your hosts are more than happy for you to accompany them on the daily evening rounds of feeding the many bird varieties. While taking a leisurely stroll around the sanctuary, take the opportunity to learn about the native birds that are attracted to the area.

Feathers Sanctuary provides a peaceful and private environment for our guests to relax and rejuvenate. Our well appointed air-conditioned sanctuary huts are set in expansive garden surroundings, the perfect place to enjoy a quiet drink while relaxing on the veranda watching the birds feed as the sun sets.

R A T E S

$330 AUD per hut per night (including continental breakfast daily, and a bottle of wine and cheese platter on arrival) A minimum of 2 night stay preferred.

D I R E C T I O N S

Feathers is centrally located in Darwin and is just a couple of minutes from the Darwin International Airport. Darwin's Central Business District (CBD) is only a ten minute drive. Feathers Sanctuary is easy to find, especially if coming direct from Darwin Airport. Proceed through the traffic lights as you leave the airport crossing over McMillans Road, then turn left at Freshwater Road and we are number 49A.

Alternatively if coming from the city veer left at Bagot Road continuing along through 4 sets of traffic lights. Turn right at Freshwater Road (Water Gardens on the corner, just past the pedestrian overpass). Feathers Sanctuary is 49A on the right hand side about 200 metres along.
